Birmingham Children's Hospital Family Rare Disease Day

On Saturday 27th February, Birmingham Children's Hospital are holding a family day for all children and young people with a Rare Disease. This is a Trust wide event; some metabolic children attended the last day and enjoyed it. The day is aimed at a lot of activities for the children, including clowns, animals, face painting, henna, colouring, story time etc. There are also formal lectures including transition, palliation, learning from other families and some less formal break out sessions for Spiritual care, Psychology etc.
