Drugs Industry to sue over price cap on NHS medicines

The pharmaceutical industry is planning to sue the drugs watchdog over the price cap on medicines.

 

The Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry (ABPI) said it has applied for a judicial review after a Government shake-up over new limits on the price the NHS will pay for medicines.
