Welcome Su!

We are thrilled to introduce you to our new Operations and Communications Co-ordinator, Su Simons.
 
Su has worked in the charity sector for her whole career, in roles involving community engagement, events and fundraising. Many of her roles have involved engaging with the communities supported by the various charities, so she is well placed to be a first port of call for everyone in the Gaucher community.
 
Su is a mum of three children aged 11, 9 and 5 and lives in London. In her spare time she loves to go to the theatre and read a good book. When we asked her about how she feels about starting her new role for the Gauchers Association, she said, "I am absolutely delighted to be joining the Gauchers Association and helping to support the Gaucher community. I am really looking forward to getting to know as many people as possible over the coming months - over email, on the phone or hopefully in person."
