We would like to send congratulations and a huge thank you to our fantastic fundraisers so far in 2017!

In February a group of primary school children aged between 7-11 years old set off on a challenge to play football non-stop for 8 hours! Despite the freezing weather conditions the children attacked their challenge with energy, enthusiasm and commitment, they kept the football in play from 8:30am – 4:30pm and scored an impressive 192 goals!  Raising over £950 

Earlier this year 12 year old 'chocoholic' Alfie raised £50 by giving up his beloved treat for a whole month. Well done Alfie!

Leigh Miller, recently diagnosed with type I Gaucher disease set herself a challenge to climb Ben Nevis and Scarfel Pike in July.  Thank you Leigh for raising over £2,200

 In April Dannielle, Matt, Adam, Max and Dan all completed the London Marathon raising over £14,700. Fantastic effort!! 

Last weekend Andrew, Jon, Emma, Sarah & Lisa took part in The Great North Run, being the worlds largest half marathon.  To date they have raised a total of over £10,800. A huge congratulations to you all.
